Ingredients
150g Frozen or fresh banana
20g Scoop Athletic Sport Banana Smoothie Protein
15ml Sugar Free Maple Syrup
Method
If using fresh banana - cut into bite size chunks and freeze for 4 - 6 hours prior
Place all ingredients in to a food processor or blender and mix until smooth. Add a splash of water if required
Top with whatever you desire!
Serve immediately, enjoy immediately 😉

Mouth watering, Protein Trifle!
Ingredients
Athletic Sport Vanilla Whey Protein with Collagen Peptides.
Mini Jam Sponge Rolls.
Low Fat Vanilla Custard.
Sliced Peaches.
Mixed Berries.
Strawberry Jelly Lite.
Method
Prepare 1 sachet of jelly lite in advance.
Place jelly at the base.
Cut jam roll into slices and layer on top of the jelly, around the outside of your dish.
Mix custard and 1 x scoop of Athletic Sport Vanilla Protein together and pour in the center on the jam roll layer.
Top with your preferred fruits / and or nuts 🌰 and enjoy!

Ingredients
2 Scoops of Athletic Sport Vanilla Ice Whey Protein with Collagen Peptides.
800g Chickpeas.
1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter.
1/2 Cup of Sugar Free Maple Syrup.
1/2 Cup of Crushed Macadamias.
1 Cup Caramilk Choc Bits.
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Blend chickpeas, peanut butter, protein, maple syrup and macadamias to make a smooth paste.
Keep moving the sides down with a spatula to ensure it mixes well.
Remove from the food processor to mixing bowl to allow to cool.
Mix through choc bits and spoon onto baking tray roughly the size of a golf ball.
Cook in the over for 10-15 mins.
Allow to cool and enjoy!

Try this tasty recipe for yourself.
Ingredients
1 Scoop Athletic Sport Chocolate Gut Greens.
1 Scoop Athletic Sport Choc Milk Whey Protein with Collagen Peptides.
250ml Unsweetened Almond Milk. (Or any milk of choice)
20ml Sugar Free Chocolate Sauce.
1/2 Tsp Peppermint Flavouring.
5g Dark Chocolate.
Method
Add chocolate sauce into a glass.
Blend your Protein, Greens, Peppermint flavouring and milk until mixed well.
Pour, grate dark chocolate on top, enjoy!
