Our favourite treat that takes you right back to your childhood!
Ingredients 3 - 4 Cups of Rice Bubbles. 1/4 Jar Natural Peanut Butter or Nut Butter. 1/2 Cup Brown Rice Syrup. (Don't sub for honey etc as it wont stick as well.) 1 1/2 Scoops Athletic Sport Vanilla Ice Whey Protein with Collagen Peptides.
Method Lightly melt peanut butter and mix in a bowl with rice syrup and protein powder. Stir through rice bubbles and press firmly into a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Drizzle the top with peanut butter or top with white choc chips!
Refrigerate for 30 mins. Enjoy!
