Shipping Policy


    Shipping costs

    • Free standard shipping for orders $100 or more.
    • Orders under $100 are charged at a flat rate of $9.95
    • Express orders are charged at a flat rate of $12.95 for parcels that weigh 3kg and below. Kamikaze Energy Can Cartons cannot be shipped express. 

    We use a combination of Australia Post and Aramex depending the delivery address and type of shipping selected at checkout. 


    Shipping costs

    • All international orders (outside of Australia) will be sent with Australia Post
    • Flat fee of $30 AUD charged in your local currency at checkout
    • We do not ship to Papua New Guinea 
    • Some Athletic Sport products cannot be shipped international. Please see individual product pages for more information.
    • You may have to pay local import taxes and/or customs duties (further information below)


    Tracking your order

    Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch you will receive an email with tracking information. Please keep in mind that the tracking number will not become active until it has been picked up by Australia Post or Aramex.

    Alternatively, log in to your Athletic Sport account, if set up at checkout, to see your order status and shipping details.

    Wrong address

    If by mistake you’ve entered the wrong address please email as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, we will be able to update your order with the correct shipping details. If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to contact Australia Post or Aramex to redirect the parcel.

    If a package is returned to us due to an address error (or any other error) made by you, you will be responsible for any further shipping charges incurred in redelivering the order to you.



    You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them via the shipping carrier or your local government. Obligations in this regard vary from country to country. We will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. We do not take responsibility for any extra charged to the customer by customs/duty/VAT. If a package is returned to us due to a breach of your countries import regulations, you will be responsible for any costs associated with this. A refund may be issued for product only, upon receipt of the returned package. If an order is seized and destroyed by customs due to regulatory issues, you will not receive credit for the order or shipping cost. If an order is rejected by customs or unable to be delivered, and the cost to return the goods is greater than the value of the goods, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the package. You will not receive a refund for the merchandise or shipping cost.

    We strongly recommend that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and requirements before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering.

    Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.
