2 Scoops of Athletic Sport Choc Milk Whey Protein with Collagen Peptides. 50g peanut butter. 5g baking powder. 70g cocoa powder. 10ml vanilla essence. 100 almond milk (or any of your choice.) 240g chickpeas. 60g walnuts. Add Choc chips.
Method
Preheat oven to 170 fan forced. Add all ingredients except choc chips and walnuts, to a food processor or blender & mix until smooth. Add in choc chips and walnuts to blended mix. Pour mix into non stick silicone tray. Bake for 20-25mins or until firm to touch.
