What you will need: (This makes a big batch because.....why not!)
For the slice 500g Greek Yoghurt (We used Plain Chobani Greek yoghurt, high in natural protein) 2 scoops of Athletic Sport Choc Milk Whey Protein with Collagen Peptides
For the topping 80 grams of frozen blueberries 15 grams of Smooth Peanut Butter 30 grams of mixed cashew, almonds and pecans unsalted
Method 1. Into a bowl, place the yoghurt and protein and stir together until fully mixed and has a smooth consistency.
2. Line a baking tray with baking paper and pour the yoghurt and protein mixture onto the tray. Spread out even on the tray.
3. Top with your favourite toppings. You can use anything you want! I have chosen blueberries which is one of my fav fruits and nuts and topped with peanut butter because peanut butter is life.
4. Place into the freezer until set, cut into sizes that you desire and enjoy!
