ELIGIBILITY
This competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Tribeca Health, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this competition.
PRIZE
Prize 1 is defined as an Evolve All Terrain Electric Skateboard, Evolve Helmet, Athletic Sport Puffer Jacket and Kamikaze Energy Cartons.
Prize 2 is defined as a Dyson Airbrush, Apple Airpod Max, Athletic Sport Puffer Jacket and Kamikaze Energy Cartons.
To enter the participant must enter their details on the competition landing page within the promotional period. Promotion Period: From 25/09/2023 12:01am AEST to 25/10/2023 4:00pm AEST.

No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, damaged or delayed due to technical or connectivity or other problems.

An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the competition. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computers will be accepted.
WINNER SELECTION
The draws will be made up to 24 hours after the competition has ended, the winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be contacted via email/direct message and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the Prize, within 7 days of initial contact. In the event that a winner does not respond to the initial contact within 7 days, or cannot take the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to another winner, selected in the same manner.
PRIZE ACCEPTANCE
Winners will be notified within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize to arrange fulfilment of the Prize. Product flavours and size were applicable to be chosen by winner before dispatch. In the event that a winner does not respond within 28 days, the Promoter reserves the right for the Prize to lapse.

Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. There is no cash or other alternative to the Prize in whole or in part. If for any reason any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another Prize, of equal or greater value. The Prizes are not permitted to be resold.

Any unclaimed Prize remains the property of the Promoter.

Should the company cease to exist or if it is acquired by another entity, the Promoter has the right to terminate this offering.

It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the Prize Promotion and acceptance of the Prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.

The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prizes have been awarded.
