DIRECTIONS

Mix 1 scopp (1.9g) in 200ml of water and consume immediately. BEST taken 30 minutes before exercise or workout and you can stack it with your Kamikaze pre-workout or Aminos BCAA + EAA. Only consume 1 scoop daily.
